Summary of "Motorcycle Accidents"
Lee Arter discusses the serious injuries that can result from a motorcycle accident. |
Motorcycle Accident video transcript:“ Automobile Accidents and Motorcycle Accidents are basically the same type of accident. The injuries to a motorcycle are usually more severe than an auto accident generally, and there are exceptions to everything. Because in a motorcycle you don’t have a seat belt, you’re falling; usually you’ll fall over and hit the curb. Where in an automobile you have a seat belt on and you’re in kind of a metal cage. So the severity is different but the basic mechanics are the same to us, we look for liability we look for someone doing what they shouldn’t be doing. We look to see where the deep pockets are, who’s got the insurance, who should pay for the injury and how big the injury is.” |
