They have the tendency to assume that the market is liable for their injuries. Not true. There is a requirement that the market must have known of the dangerous condition, the spill on the floor, or should have known. That’s why a lot of markets have sweep sheets, hourly sweeps. Today I like it because there’s video in a lot of markets so they can show whether people are making the sweeps or not. In the past we’ve caught markets that after they have an accident they fill out a bunch of sheets from someone say ‘look we inspected this floor all the time, it wasn’t our fault.’ When we look at it or we’ve say ‘let us see the day before or the day after or something like that.’ They don’t have any sweep sheets for that because they don’t regularly keep sweep sheets.
