LAPD Officer Injured in Los Angeles Motorcycle Accident

An office from the LAPD was injured in a Los Angeles motorcycle accident on June 11, 2010. The office was rushed to a nearby hospital after her motorcycle crashed. The accident shut down one lane of the freeway and caused miles of backed up traffic. One LAPD officer, April Harding reported that the details of the motorcycle accident remain unclear and that an investigation should determine whether or not another vehicle was involved. Needless to say this could turn to be a Los Angeles hit and run accident. The injured officer was conscious by Friday afternoon and hopefully will be able to shine some light on the situation once he has recovered.
If this was a hit and run the driver of the vehicle should be held accountable for the injuries and damages suffered by the LAPD officer. California personal injury law is very clear about the liability of any driver who causes an accident that results in the injury of others. Injury victims and their families should be aware of their rights and speak with an experienced and reputable Los Angeles personal injury attorney about their options. The right law firm will provide knowledgeable legal advice and offer expert guidance on the matter.
