Tragic 4th of July Car Accident in Santa Clarita
Posted By Los Angeles Car Accident Attorney on Jul 6, 2010 8:24pm PDT
What should have been a night of celebration turned into a night of mourning for a community. A mother of 3 was killed in a car accident in Santa Clarita on Sunday night. The auto accident happened during the local fire work show when a reckless driver ran a red light near a Valencia Boulevard crossroad. Upon running the light, the Infiniti crashed into a Dodge Durango and then flipped into a crowd of people.
Witness say that the young mother was killed instantly. Her 13-year old son was transported by helicopter to Children's Hospital and remains in critical condition with head trauma he sustained in the accident. At least 8 people were injured in the car accident and thousands of witnesses were traumatized by the ordeal.
This is a horrible account of what can happen when someone fails to operate a motor vehicle with caution. If one of your loved ones was injured in this tragedy you may be asking many questions. Your grief may last for a long time, but your questions do not have to remain unanswered for that amount of time. Your loved one's rights deserve to be protected and victims of wrongful death deserve justice.
