| Fatal Hit and Run Pedestrian Accident in Los Angeles |
On January 2, 2010 the Glendale police department announced that Joo Lee, a middle aged Glendale man, was killed in a pedestrian accident. Mr. Lee was hit by an SUV while crossing a street near his home. The unidentified SUV driver carelessly went around another car whose driver was yielding for the pedestrian to cross the street. The SUV struck the man throwing him nearly 70 feet. The victim was rushed to a local hospital where he died from his injuries the next day.
