The driver of a box truck died today when he was involved in a collision with a big rig. The California Highway Patrol (CHP) reported that this
fatal truck accident happened early this morning just outside of Los Angeles county in Bakersfield, CA. A semi truck driver attempted to clear a turn after stopping at a posted top sign, but he was unable to make the turn. The driver of the box truck was unable to stop his vehicle in enough time to clear the big rig and he crashed head on into the still truck. The driver of the semi walked away without serious injuries, but the driver of the box truck suffered fatal injuries and was later pronounced dead
