Valencia Power Outage Interferes with Local Traffic
Posted By Los Angeles Car Accident Attorney on Aug 19, 2010 10:01pm PDT
A power outage in Valencia caused local traffic lights to go down near the intersection of Rye Canyon and Ave Stanford. Not only did the black out cause local businesses to shut down early, but it presented a serious danger to drivers traveling around the Valencia Industrial Center. The possibility of an auto accident happening this afternoon was high. Traffic lights were not working and several intersections were interrupted by the lack of electricity.
Thankfully it was during the day and drivers still had sun light to rely on in making safe and cautious decisions while driving through intersections with broken traffic lights. Unfortunately people still drive recklessly through intersections and stop signs whether the lights are working or not. It only takes on person speeding through a broken traffic light to cause a fatal Los Angeles car accident.
