School Bus Accident in Downtown Los Angeles

A fatal pedestrian accident led to a serious Los Angeles bus accident when the driver of a black BMW ran a red light downtown. The pedestrian was killed at the scene and the BMW sideswiped a school bus that was crossing the intersections. There were 19 students on the bus that sustained injuries and the bus driver was rushed to a local hospital in critical condition. According to the Police Chief Charlie Beck the two people who were in the BMW fled the scene of the accident, but were caught by a local construction worker.
