Motorcycle Accident Involving CHP Officer Causes 110 Freeway Closing

On Thursday November 4, 2010 am officer from the LAPD was injured in a motorcycle accident on the southbound 110 freeway. According to a California Highway Patrol officer the accident happened around 7:25 a.m. near Slauson Avenue. The Los Angeles motorcycle officer was rushed to a local hospital to receive treatment for his injuries. The details of what caused this accident remain unknown and under investigation.
