Just two days ago in Los Angeles a 19 year old male drove his card into a Troy's Burger restaurant on Sunday November 28, 2010.  The pedestrian accident resulted in the wrongful death of a 50 year old mother and the serious injury of her 20 year old son.  The woman and her son were sitting on the side on the side of the restaurant that the car crashed into.  The mother was rushed to a local hospital where she was later pronounced dead and her son is still considered to be in critical condition.  In addition to the victims, two other sustained injuries in the accident.
