Car Accident Kills Teen Passenger

On Saturday November 20, 2010 a 16 year old teenager from Orange County was killed in a car accident caused by an intoxicated driver. The 20 year old driver is suspected of having been high on nitrous oxide at the time of the accident. The crash happened in the Santa Ana area when the car crashed into a tree. The driver sustained serious injuries and is considered to be in critical condition. His passengers died at the scene of the crash. Two other passengers who were in the car suffered injuries as well. Local authorities are still looking into what might have caused this accident and who is to blame for the wrongful death of the teenage victim.
