Cedars-Sinai Medical Center officials say that a glitch in the system caused 206 people to be overdosed with radiation. This occurred over a year and a half period. The medical center is now accused of not informing all patients of the overdose and not fully disclosing the extent of the problem to those it informed. One patient describes never being told that his hair loss was the result of a radiation overdose or even hearing the word radiation after receiving a cat scan at Cedars-Sinai.
